Privacy policy

This information applies to the Nordovi commercial website. The processing of data entered by agencies in their application is governed by the service contracts and terms.

Enquiries and demo requests

If you use the form, email or phone, we process the details you provide to respond, prepare a demonstration or handle your commercial enquiry. The form requests your name, agency, work email and team size, plus an optional phone number and explanation of your needs.

The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, as applicable. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Your request is recorded in Nordovi Office to organise follow-up and hosted in infrastructure contracted by Novitum.

We retain the information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship is established, for the periods required to meet legal obligations and address potential liabilities. You may request erasure where applicable.

Website measurement

Only with your consent do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits, demo opens, pricing interest, form starts and completed submissions. We do not send Analytics your enquiry content, name, agency, email address or phone number.

We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. You can withdraw consent through “Cookie settings”. Technical hosting logs are used to serve and protect the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining its security.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and analytics providers may process the data needed to provide their services. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its terms and applicable transfer mechanisms. See Google's privacy policy and its data processing terms.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, by emailing info@novitum.io. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
