This information applies to the Nordovi commercial website. The processing of data entered by agencies in their application is governed by the service contracts and terms.

Enquiries and demo requests

If you contact us by email or phone, we use the information you provide to respond, prepare a demonstration or handle your commercial enquiry. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, as applicable. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

We retain the information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship is established, for the periods required to meet legal obligations and address potential liabilities.

Website measurement

Only with your consent do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits and interactions with contact links. It may process cookie identifiers and device, browser and browsing data. These data are not considered anonymous simply because Analytics is used. We do not send Analytics the content of your enquiries, email addresses, phone numbers or URL parameters.

We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation. You can withdraw consent through “Cookie settings”. Technical hosting logs are used to serve and protect the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining its security.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and analytics providers may process the data needed to provide their services. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with its terms and applicable transfer mechanisms. See Google's privacy policy and its data processing terms.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, by emailing info@novitum.io. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
